An out-and-out perfectionist, Carl is often so involved in a project that he forgets to eat lunch! Having said that, he probably single-handedly keeps Nescafé and Red Bull in business.

Leading the marketing activities of JWC and our clients; it is the combination of Carl’s creativity and Caragh’s love of planning and strategy that allows JWC to offer an all-encompassing service to our clients.

As well as over-seeing project management, and business development, Caragh works with our clients to define their most effective on and offline marketing strategies. With a background in media, Caragh is well placed to strategise and measure both campaigns and coverage.

Caragh dislikes a messy desk as much as she loves a Nandos team lunch.

Andy is an advanced developer who we can trust to code a website that perfectly replicates the designs. A super-techy-‘geek’, Andy can find a way to code his way through any project.

An integral part of the JWC team, Andy works tirelessly to achieve seamless transitions and superb functionality. If we ever come across a technological conundrum, we can rest assured that Andy and the rest of the tech team will find a solution.

Whilst Andy might look like a bit of a rocker, he’s actually partial to a bit of S Club 7 (though he can’t stand JLS)!

Chris is such a talented illustrator and photographer that as soon as we saw his work, we knew that we had to have him involved.

Contributing to several of our projects with his sketching / photography skills and endless imagination, Chris adds a really unique style to some of our more quirky and fashion-lead projects.

Chris missed our 2012 Christmas work-do because he was too hung over from the night before! We still haven’t heard the story about that night….

Hency lives design. If she’s not designing mobile apps then she’s designing websites, working in 3D or sketching. And on the rare occasion that she’s not actively designing, Hency enjoys looking for graphical inspiration, whilst gaming.

Not only deeply involved in the design and artworking process of the JWC online platforms, Hency is also a major component in the delivery of the provision of digital solutions to our clients.

Watch out for Hency’s one-liners! She’s got a sharp wit!

Joining us all the way from Lithuania, via Denmark, Jonas spends his days educating the rest of the team on Lithuanian cold soups and all-things basketball.

Hugely passionate about conceptual design, branding and advertising, Jonas works with the creative team across a range of client projects. He is also responsible for ensuring that all brand guidelines are followed, throughout each project.

Liya comes from an architectural background and works across both 3D and graphic design.

Additionally, Liya often works between our design and marketing departments on campaign concept, with excellent, commercially engaging – and often hilarious – results.

Liya is awesome at image sourcing and model resourcing, especially if said image or model happens to be an attractive male (just joking – she’s equally good at sourcing imagery of women, buildings, cars, trains and trees).

Having moved to London from Glasgow, Ina has joined Team JWC to manage our social media channels and blog.

Ina is loving the London weather in caparison to Glasgow’s cold winter months!
