Represent Innovation And Ethos
Liquid Labs are a team of entrepreneurs, who offer “innovation as a service”, launching and building products for the Otto Group. Their website needed to represent the company as an innovative business, supporting ideas and entrepreneurship, whilst also remaining in-line with their ethos: sustainable business and real value.
We implemented some of the ideas we had developed while working on the Liquid Labs’ presentation, specifically utilising on the icons and the use of clean space, initially created during the presentation design stage, in order to maintain brand consistency throughout marketing outputs.Back to top
Paralax Scrolling For Image Heavy Content
As entrepreneurs who aid start-ups in commercial development, Liquid Labs’ website needed to demonstrate creativity and novelty. This is why we opted for an image focussed interface and content layout.
We felt that Parallax Scrolling navigation would be most suitable for the image-heavy website. Parallax Scrolling allows background images to move slower than the foreground images, creating immersion and an illusion of depth. This would allow the focus to be placed upon the company’s chosen images.Back to top
Dynamic and User Friendly
It was our main priority to maintain creativity and innovation in our design, while also developing a website that is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
With the aid of Parallax Scrolling, we organised the content within a one-page format. This allowed for a simple but dynamic navigation system that matched Liquid Labs’ brand.
Liquid Labs now benefit from a polished and professional online image, which allows them to take their business to the next level and represents their businesses effectively to prospective start-ups, investors and other entrepreneurs.
